Water & Effluent Treatment

Biogas Digester & Flare Stack

Monitor digestion, gas handling, and flare-system operating conditions.

Measures: Gas flow · Pressure · Temperature · H2S · Foam & level viewing

3

Flow Conditioner

Conditions biogas flow before measurement, ensuring accurate readings for flare management.

5

Differential Pressure Switches

Monitors pressure differences in gas lines, indicating blockages or flow issues for safety.

6

Temperature Sensors & Transmitters

Measures biogas temperature for process control and to ensure optimal flare combustion.

8

Differential Pressure Transmitters

Measures pressure differentials in the flare system, indicating flow and combustion efficiency.

10

H2S Analysis

Electrochemical H2S analysers measure hydrogen sulphide in the biogas before and after the H2S scrubber, so the scrubber is working before the gas reaches engines or boilers.

11

Digester Viewing & Foam Monitoring

A process camera with its own lighting looks into the digester through a single flanged nozzle, so operators can watch the liquid and foam level from the control room and dose antifoam before foam reaches the gas outlet.
