BFI Automation (Flamonitec) makes flame monitoring equipment for industrial burners, boilers and furnaces. Its flame scanners and compact flame controllers confirm that each burner is lit and stable, and can tell their own burner’s flame from neighbouring burners in a multi-burner furnace. Ronsor Engineering is the authorised and sole distributor of BFI Automation in Singapore and Indonesia.
What Ronsor supplies
- Compact flame controllers: flame detection and evaluation electronics in one unit, with signal filtering that picks out the flicker of the burner’s own primary combustion zone.
- Fibre-optic cables: carry flame radiation to the scanner where the sighting point is too hot (up to 600 °C) or vibrates too much for electronics.

Built to order
Flame monitoring is selected burner by burner: fuel, flame characteristics, sighting distance, mounting temperature and the burner management system it reports to. Every unit is built to order, and we specify the scanner, optics and cabling for your burners.
