Data Centres
Colocation and hyperscale data centres: liquid cooling, chiller plants and cooling towers.
Cooling is the biggest energy load in a data centre after the IT equipment, and a cooling failure can take down a whole data hall in minutes. Operators need reliable measurement at every stage, from the chillers and cooling towers to the server racks.
We supply differential pressure and air velocity transmitters for the data hall and air handling units, humidity and temperature transmitters, flow meters and flow switches for chilled water and liquid cooling loops, level and water quality instruments for cooling towers, and pressure, flow and gas instruments for generator rooms and fire suppression systems.
Cooling & Heating Water
Chiller Plant & Mechanical Room
Protect chillers, boilers and pumps, and measure chilled and hot water flow and pressure in central plant rooms.
Evaporative Cooling Tower
Track ambient conditions, fan operation, water quality, and basin level around heat-rejection equipment.
Liquid-Cooled Server Room (IRHX)
Liquid removes heat in row and returns cooled air to the aisle.
Rack Level Cooling (RDHx)
Rear-door heat exchangers reject rack heat to the facility water loop. Monitoring covers cooling-loop flow, coolant supply and return temperature, loop pressure, and leak detection with containment.
