Start-Up Fuel Oil Flow

Multipoint thermal mass flow meters measure primary, secondary and tertiary air in large ducts, so the air split can be controlled for stable burning and low emissions.
Flue Gas Analysis
In-situ TDLAS analysers measure O2 and CO in the flue gas for combustion control, and can also monitor H2S emissions.
Black Liquor Soap Skimming
Thermal dispersion switches tell black liquor from soap at the high and low points of the skim tank, where float switches and DP level tend to fail.
