TESI makes a broad range of high energy ignition rods, including a high-temperature range for direct ignition of main burners without a pilot. These rods light natural gas, fuel gas, diesel, light fuel oil and heavy fuel oil. Options include side or coaxial pneumatic retraction (to protect the tip from flame and dirt after ignition), tilting flexible rods that follow the burner angle, and guide pipes. Rods come in 12, 14 and 17 mm standard diameters. Length, diameter and accessories are made to order, in safe-area or Ex d versions.
