TESI designs complete flare ignition systems around high energy spark technology, suitable for all types of flare. A typical system has four parts:
- Automatic Re-Ignition Control Box, installed in a safe location away from the stack. It runs the spark cycle on command, watches for the flame and re-ignites automatically if the flame is lost.
- XEC03H High Energy Ignition Module, which delivers a strong spark over cable runs of up to 500 m.
- Armoured high energy cable up the stack.
- Flare pilot torch with a high energy ignition rod, integrated flame detection and an optional Flame Front Generator (FFG) connection.
Because the spark is unaffected by rain, humidity or deposits, the flare lights reliably on demand. The automatic re-ignition loop also keeps the flare lit, which minimises unburnt emissions and supports environmental compliance. Both automatic and manual ignition modes are available, and the hazardous-area components are ATEX / IECEx certified.
