The Mercoid® 3100D is a smart differential pressure transmitter for hazardous areas. It can be configured for differential pressure or level with its zero and span buttons, or over HART, and its software compensates for temperature effects.
Key specifications
- Accuracy: ±0.075% of full scale; 100:1 turndown (20:1 on the 0–6 in w.c. range)
- Spans from 0.6–30 in w.c. up to 3–300 psi; line pressure to 2000 psi
- Output: 4-20 mA with HART; damping 0.25 to 60 s
- Process temperature: -40 to 120 °C
- Wetted parts: 316L stainless steel and fluoroelastomer; 1/4 in female NPT
- Enclosure: NEMA 4X (IP66), explosion-proof Class I Div 1 Groups A-D; CE, FM; optional LCD
