Rate-Master® RM flowmeters are direct-reading variable area flowmeters for gases and liquids, with scales in the units you work in, so no conversion is needed. The flowmeter bodies can be swapped without disturbing the piping, which makes range changes and cleaning easy.

- Scales: 2 in (RMA), 5 in (RMB) or 10 in (RMC)
- Accuracy: RMA ±4%, RMB ±3%, RMC ±2% of full scale
- Connections: 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 in female NPT
- Pressure limit: 100 psi; temperature limit 54 °C
- Materials: polycarbonate body, stainless steel parts; float to suit the range
- Panel or surface mounting; optional precision metering valves; NIST calibration available
Where it’s used
Dwyer advises against using them with caustic solutions, glycol antifreeze or aromatic solvents.
