ABB K-Tek

ABB K-TEK magnetostrictive, radar, ultrasonic and laser level transmitters, magnetic level gauges and level switches, plus ABB flow meters.

ABB’s level products, developed from the K-TEK range, give high-accuracy level and interface measurement on separators, storage tanks, boiler drums and process vessels. They suit refineries and chemical plants, where hazardous-area approvals and SIL capability matter. Ronsor Engineering is the authorised and sole distributor of ABB level products in Singapore.

ABB level products

• Magnetostrictive level transmitters: the LMT100, inserted in the vessel, and the LMT200, mounted outside a magnetic level gauge, both measuring total and interface level to 0.01% of full scale.
• Radar, ultrasonic and laser transmitters: the LWT300 guided wave radar, the LST200 ultrasonic and the LLT100 laser transmitter.
• Magnetic level gauges: the KM26, and the MagWave dual-chamber gauge, which pairs a float indicator with a guided wave radar chamber.
• Level switches: the LMS100 and LMS200, which mount on a magnetic level gauge.

ABB flow meters

We also supply ABB flow meters: VortexMaster and SwirlMaster meters for gas, liquid and steam, CoriolisMaster mass flow meters, metal-cone and glass-tube variable area meters and purgemeters, and wedge flow elements.

Where ABB instruments are used

Our application pages show ABB models on distillation columns and process vessels, storage tanks and loading, steam and power boilers, gas treatment and metering skids, silos and powder handling and lift stations.

Built to order

ABB level instruments are built to order: probe or chamber length, float, process connection, materials, output and approvals are set for each vessel. Send us the vessel connection details, the liquid’s density and the operating pressure and temperature, and we’ll specify it.
