Fluid Components International (FCI) is the specialist in thermal dispersion flow and level measurement. FCI flow meters measure the mass flow of air and gases directly, without separate temperature or pressure compensation, and have no moving parts to wear or clog. The same principle gives FCI flow and level switches dependable no-flow, low-flow and level alarms. Ronsor Engineering is the authorised and sole distributor of FCI in Singapore and the Philippines.

What Ronsor supplies

• Thermal mass flow meters: the compact ST50, ST51 and ST75 for air, compressed air, nitrogen and biogas; the ST80 and ST100A for process gases; the MT100 multipoint meter for stacks and large ducts; and the FS10i for compressed air.
• Flow switches and level switches: the heavy-duty FLT93 and the FS10, which can also act as temperature switches, and the FS10A for analyser sample lines.
• VORTAB flow conditioners: VIP, VIS, VEL and VMR conditioners that shorten the straight pipe run needed before a flow meter.

Where FCI instruments are used

Typical duties are flare gas, biogas and digester gas, compressed air, combustion air and pump protection. Each FCI meter and switch is built and calibrated to order for your gas composition, flow range, line size, process connection and hazardous-area approvals. We work through the application details with you and with FCI, so the instrument arrives configured for your installation.
